Several shops were introduced to the island at the Tycoon Plaza, including Hem's Hats, Nightclub Shop, Cinema Shop, Photo Studio Shop, and Garden Plots. The Slime Pool, and later Tycoon TV Towers and the Tycoon Plaza were launched for Bin Tycoons.For some weeks the area was under construction. Tycoon Island was launched after the 2010 relaunch as a members only locked destination.The plaza's shops rotated and differed slightly throughout the years but the longest running shops were Hem's Hats, Nightclub Shop, Photo Studio Shop, Cinema Shop, and Garden Plots. It was the location of Hem's Hats run by the Bin's ultimate stylist, Hem. The centrepiece of the room was a golden fountain of Dosh. It featured several shops for members to buy virtual goods such as hats, party items, photo studio props, home cinema items, and garden expansions. The Tycoon Plaza was a members-only shopping experience. It rewards daily Mulch payouts, with higher amounts of Mulch on the higher levels. Smoothie Shack has a buddy list leaderboard where players can view their buddy list's top scores on the minigame. The game levels get more challenging with more characters and bigger smoothies to serve and mix. If the smoothies fail to deliver in time to the characters, they will get angry and leave. Players have to deliver the correct smoothies ordered to a number of characters in a certain time. Smoothie Shack (now the Smoothie Game inside Club Fling) is a time-management game that could be played by clicking on the Smoothie Shack. Doing so activated a firework display and the totem poles started to sing and dance. There was a game secret that involved players sitting on all the Smoothie Shack's stools. If players stood on the musical instrumentals music from the instruments would play. You could also hang out with your friends at the Jam Stand and play various instruments by sitting on the stools. It was an eating establishment where you could order delicious smoothies from the Smoothie Shack, ran by Sip. On the very top of the Slime Pool was the Smoothie Shack. You could slide down various water slides, or click on one of the trampolines to perform the jump-flip action, even if you are below the required level to do it normally. There were stone steps leading up and a bridge which you could cross. It was a volcano like location with slime slides and totem poles. The Slime Pool was a Bin Tycoon locked location. This location was the only Tycoon Island feature to remain after its discontinuation. They can sit on the seating areas or teleport to the top seating to get the perfect view. Members can access this location through the TV button and watch television shows with others in the seating area. Tycoon TV was an additional subscription on membership page, with BWTV (Bin Weevils TV) content showing for all members. Paying customers could experience a wide range of television programmes on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network via Tycoon TV. The Tycoon TV Towers was a large Tycoon Island feature. The landing pod was used for dozens of events. Tycoon Island was a widely popular destination for the Bin Weevils Magazine flash mob and nest inspection events hosted by Glamm, Mudd, and Monty. A Cash Machine was present on the landing pod where Bin Tycoons collected business earnings and salaries. There was various pipes that lead you locked Bin Tycoon locations. In the center was a golden helicopter which, when clicked on, the blades rotated. Once you reached Tycoon Island, you faced a circular floor surrounded by towers and high buildings. For two years only Bin Tycoons could access the area, however, in 2012 non-members were allowed in the landing pod only. It was the location where Bin Tycoons purchased virtual goods, including hats and business items.
